WispApply as a creator

Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective: 11 July 2026 · Website: wispagency.eu

1. Who is responsible for your data

Wisp Agency operates the website wispagency.eu and is the controller for personal data processed through this website and creator applications. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We collect the information you submit in the creator application form: creator name or alias, email address, creator type, earnings range if provided, platform links, goals, and your privacy acknowledgement. We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, and server logs.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases

We use application data to assess a potential working relationship, communicate about an application, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. The relevant legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a secure business and website, and legal obligations where applicable. We do not use application data to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Service providers and transfers

Creator applications are submitted through Web3Forms. Web3Forms acts as a service provider for form delivery. Our website also loads technical resources such as fonts and front-end libraries from third-party providers. These providers may process limited technical data, including IP address, to deliver their services. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We retain unsuccessful creator applications for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If we begin a working relationship, we retain relevant data for the relationship and afterwards for applicable legal limitation and record-keeping periods. Security logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting.

6. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.

7. Cookies

Wisp Agency does not knowingly use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies on this website. Essential technical storage may be used where necessary for site operation or security. If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies are introduced, we will provide an appropriate consent mechanism before they are set.

8. Security and updates

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We may update this policy when our processing changes; the current version will always appear on this page with its effective date.
