These terms govern use of wispagency.eu and creator applications submitted to Wisp Agency. They do not by themselves create a management relationship. Any management services are governed by a separate written agreement between Wisp Agency and the creator.
2. Eligibility and applications
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to apply. By submitting an application, you confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. Do not submit identity documents, passwords, payment credentials, or private paid content through the website form.
3. Website use
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and legitimate business-enquiry purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that infringes rights or applicable law.
4. No guarantee of acceptance or results
Wisp Agency may accept or decline applications at its discretion. Website content describes our approach but is not a guarantee of acceptance, earnings, platform outcomes, or any specific result. Platform rules, market conditions, creator activity, and other factors can affect outcomes.
5. Intellectual property
The Wisp Agency name, website design, text, logos, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Wisp Agency and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission. Creator content and accounts remain subject to the creator’s rights and the separate service agreement.
6. Third-party platforms
Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, OnlyFans, Fansly, livecam services, and any other third-party platforms operate under their own terms and policies. You remain responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your accounts and content. Wisp Agency does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their availability, decisions, or policy changes.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wisp Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of this website. This limitation does not replace any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
8. Privacy and changes
