Wisp Agency / FAQ
Creator management, plainly explained
The questions
worth asking.
A straightforward look at how Wisp works: the fit, the commission, account access, privacy, protection, and what happens after you apply.
01 / Working together
First, the
right fit.
We would rather establish the right working relationship upfront than make broad promises later.
Who does Wisp work with?
Wisp works with adult creators who want considered, multi-platform growth support across Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. Every application is reviewed individually because the right plan depends on your current presence, goals, boundaries, and the channels that make sense for you.
What does Wisp actually manage?
The work can include account positioning, channel strategy, posting rhythm, content direction, community participation, discoverability, and performance review. The precise scope is agreed before onboarding; it is not a one-size-fits-all posting package.
Do you guarantee a certain income or follower count?
No. Platforms, audience response, content availability, and market conditions all affect results. Wisp focuses on thoughtful execution, clear reporting, and decisions based on what is working—not promises that cannot be honestly guaranteed.
Will I have one person to speak to?
Yes. Your operator is your main point of contact for the plan, day-to-day priorities, and monthly review. They coordinate the work and make sure you know what is happening and why.
02 / Pricing
One rate.
No moving parts.
20%
Fixed commission
What does the 20% commission apply to?
It applies to the income Wisp helps manage, as defined clearly in your agreement before work begins. The scope is documented so both sides understand what is included.
Does the rate increase when I grow?
No. The commission is a fixed 20%; your results do not move you into a higher percentage tier.
Are there setup, exit, or surprise fees?
Wisp does not add setup fees, exit fees, or surprise deductions to the management model. Any specific costs that fall outside the agreed scope are discussed and agreed with you beforehand.
How will I know what I am paying for?
You receive a clear monthly view of the work and results, with the management scope and commission basis set out in the agreement. The aim is for earnings and decisions to be easy to follow.
03 / Accounts & access
Your accounts.
Your control.
Management needs trust. That means defining access carefully and keeping control where it belongs.
Do I keep ownership of my accounts?
Yes. Your identity, accounts, and final account control remain yours. Any operational access is agreed for the work and should only cover what is necessary to deliver the agreed service.
Do you need my passwords?
The access setup is discussed during onboarding and should use the safest practical method available for each platform. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, or private paid content through the application form.
Which platforms can you help with?
Wisp focuses on Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. The appropriate mix depends on your brand, content, availability, and goals. We do not recommend spreading yourself across channels simply to look busy.
Will Wisp act without my input?
The working boundaries, content direction, and approval expectations are set during onboarding. Good management needs enough room to execute, but it should never leave you unclear about what is being done in your name.
04 / Privacy & protection
Sensitive by
design.
The work is personal. We treat privacy, focused data handling, and content protection as operating considerations—not a footnote.
What happens if my content is leaked or reposted?
For qualifying leaks, reposts, or impersonation, Wisp coordinates the supporting evidence and DMCA takedown process with you. We document the issue, take the appropriate action, and keep you informed; results ultimately depend on the host platform and its process.
How is my personal information handled?
Wisp aims to collect and use only the information needed for the work, with access limited to the people who need it. Your specific storage and access setup is discussed before you grant operational access. See the Privacy Policy for website and application data details.
Can I apply using an alias?
Yes. You can use your creator name or alias in the initial application. Any later verification requirements are handled directly with you and only when they are relevant to a potential working relationship.
Do you share my details or content?
Your information and content are not circulated freely. Wisp uses them for the agreed work and with the operational access needed to do it. We do not sell application data; further detail is set out in the Privacy Policy.
05 / Getting started
Start with
the real picture.
There is no generic sales call to push you through. The first step is enough context to understand whether the work makes sense.
What happens after I apply?
We review the useful context you share: your current platforms, goals, and where you need support. If there appears to be a fit, we will discuss the proposed scope, working boundaries, access, and agreement before onboarding.
What should I include in my application?
Share your creator name or alias, the platforms you use, your general goals, and the kind of support you are looking for. Be honest about what is already working and what is not. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, or private paid content through the form.
Am I automatically accepted if I apply?
No. An application starts a conversation; it does not create a management relationship or guarantee acceptance. Wisp may accept or decline applications based on fit, capacity, and the needs of the work.
Where can I read the formal terms?
You can read the website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. A management relationship, if offered, is governed by a separate written agreement.
Still deciding?
Start with
an honest application.
Tell us where you are now and what you want to improve. If it looks like the right fit, we will take it from there.
