Who this is for

For agencies with a roster—and no appetite to build a social-growth team from scratch.

You already manage the moving pieces: talent, chatting, content operations, payout infrastructure, and client relationships. Social growth is another specialised discipline to run well.

Wisp is for OFM agencies that want a dependable delivery layer for multiple models—whether you are outsourcing a gap or opening room to grow the roster faster.

The bottleneck

Social takes
a real team.

01

It is slow to hire for

Finding platform-literate operators, training them across different model voices, and creating review systems takes time your core operation may not have.

02

It is expensive to keep in-house

A single generalist does not give each channel the attention it needs. A fully staffed team adds management overhead before it creates operating leverage.

03

It competes with the work you already own

When social is built alongside chatting and content ops, it often becomes one more queue for the same people. Growth loses the focus it needs to compound.

What we do

A social-growth
delivery layer.

We execute the platform work for every model in scope, while your agency keeps the relationship, the wider strategy, and the business context.

01 / Community

Reddit

Positioning, community fit, posting rhythm, and conversational activity that works within the platform’s culture.

02 / Presence

Instagram

A clearer content presence, channel-native execution, and a practical path from discovery to the next action.

03 / Discovery

TikTok

Repeatable short-form formats and operational feedback that help build reach without treating every post as a one-off.

Every model gets execution matched to their account. Your agency gets one clear, rolled-up reporting view.

How integration works

Plug in.
Stay in control.

The delivery process is designed to fit into your workflow, not create a separate relationship for every model.

  1. 01

    One lead, one cadence

We agree a single agency point of contact, escalation path, and reporting rhythm before operator work begins.

  2. 02

    Structured handover

Each model moves through a documented account handover with scope, access boundaries, tone, assets, and known risks.

  3. 03

    Execution in your flow

Operators work against the agreed brief and approval model, with no need for your roster to manage separate supplier relationships.

  4. 04

    Agency-level review

We consolidate performance into a usable agency view: what is moving, what needs attention, and what comes next.

White-label option

Your name.
Our delivery.

Use Wisp as a fully unbranded service layer under your agency’s name—or keep the partnership co-branded where that makes more sense.

White-label

Your agency remains the visible partner. Delivery, process, and communication align to your brand and client experience.

Co-branded

Bring Wisp in as a named specialist when your models or internal team benefit from a direct delivery relationship.

Agency pricing

Built like
a vendor rate.

10%

A flat 10% rate per managed model. This is a partner vendor rate for an agency roster—not the 20% direct-creator rate.

Direct creator rate: 20%Agency vendor rate: fixed 10%

Scalability & privacy

More models.
No loose ends.

Roster onboarding

Built to add capacity

Our existing operator network lets us coordinate multiple model onboardings at once, with the same intake discipline applied to every account.

Confidential by design

Your relationship stays yours

Model identities, data, access, and operating context stay inside the agency relationship. Delivery is NDA-backed and access is limited to what the work requires.

Controlled access

Defined permissions

Access boundaries are documented at handover. Operators receive only the information and permissions needed for their assigned scope.

Agency reporting

One view for leadership

You do not need to chase individual updates. Reporting is structured so your team can see the roster picture without losing model-level context.

Agency FAQ

The terms,
up front.

What is the minimum model count?+

Agency partnerships are structured for rosters of three or more active models. If you are below that threshold but expect to add models soon, use the intake form and share your rollout plan.

How long is the agreement?+

Partnerships begin with an initial 90-day operating period so there is enough time to onboard, establish a working rhythm, and review real performance. After that, the arrangement continues month to month.

What are the termination terms?+

After the initial period, either party can end the partnership with 30 days’ written notice. We use that window for a clean account, access, and reporting handover—there are no exit fees.

Who owns the client relationship if we leave?+

The agency does. Your models, client relationship, accounts, and operating context remain yours. Wisp’s role is delivery partner, not an intermediary between you and your roster.
